WyldWell Wellness Platform: Mind, Body, and Spirit
In times of uncertainty, whether personal, national, or global, many people find themselves drawn toward something deeper. That’s part of what inspired the creation of the WyldWell wellness platform.
They begin asking bigger questions. Searching for meaning. Reaching for the symbolic, the spiritual, the unseen. Over the past few years, I’ve seen this first-hand in my work: more and more clients arriving not only for therapy, fitness, or hypnosis, but also for past life regression, dream interpretation, and intuitive guidance.
These aren’t fringe interests, they’re part of a broader human instinct to understand ourselves beyond the surface. And for me, they’ve always been a welcome part of the journey.
As the founder of UTherapy, I’ve always believed in holistic wellbeing, that mind, body, and spirit are interconnected. Alongside evidence-based practice, I’ve trained and worked in metaphysical approaches for years. But as interest in these areas continues to grow, I realised they deserved a space of their own. A space where they could be explored fully, intentionally, and respectfully.
That’s why I created WyldWell wellness platform. A dedicated space where the symbolic, intuitive, and ancestral aspects of healing can be explored on their own terms. These themes deserve more than a passing mention within a general wellness framework. They have depth, complexity, and significance, and I wanted to give them a home where they could be honoured fully.
UTherapy remains the core of my practice. WyldWell simply opens a new doorway, for those who feel the pull toward something deeper, and are ready to follow it.

You’ll find resources like Tarot, lunar cycles, dreamwork, and archetypal psychology, all presented in a way that’s accessible, grounded, and deeply human.

- An evolving library of guided audio experiences, from hypnotherapy to meditative storytelling
- Daily and seasonal tools including Tarot draws, rune insights, moon phases, and celestial overviews
- Wellness pathways that guide you through themes like grounding, awakening, or clarity, using metaphysical systems as signposts
- Mind-body content that honours intuitive movement, energetic awareness, and emotional release
- Explorations into symbolism, dreams, and ancestral influence to help you reflect and reconnect
Nothing here is about escaping reality, it’s about engaging with it more consciously.
