Some people sense there’s more to their inner life than thoughts and behaviours alone, something harder to name, but no less real. It might come through a recurring dream. A strange fear. A pull toward something you can’t explain.
Sometimes, people come to this kind of work because other approaches haven’t quite reached the root of something. Other times, it’s simple curiosity, a question they can’t quite put into words. This part of UTHERAPY offers space for both.
Whether you’re exploring a pattern that won’t shift, or following an instinct you don’t fully understand, these sessions are designed to help you listen differently, through memory, imagination, and the quieter parts of the mind.
Ways to Explore
Each option below offers a different path inward. None require belief , just an open mind and a willingness to explore.
Past Life Regression
Memories without a timeline. Stories that don’t feel like yours, but still carry weight.
In regression sessions, we use gentle hypnotherapy techniques to access deep memory, the kind that may or may not be from this lifetime. Some people experience clear scenes or characters. Others find emotion, metaphor, or images that seem to come from somewhere else entirely.
For some, it’s simply a creative journey through the subconscious. For others, it feels like returning to something they already knew.
Whatever you experience, we approach it with care, curiosity, and no assumptions. People often report clarity, emotional shifts, or insight, even when they don’t fully understand what they’ve seen.
Dream Interpretation
Your dreams speak in symbols. You might already understand more than you think.
Dreams don’t follow logic, but they often follow meaning. They can repeat themes, drop symbols, or carry messages that only become clear in hindsight.
In dream sessions, we explore the language of your subconscious. That might involve looking at a single vivid dream, a recurring theme, or patterns over time. It’s not about decoding, it’s about dialogue.
Whether you dream in colour, fragments, or riddles, we’ll work together to draw out the ideas and emotions beneath the surface. It’s part psychology, part storytelling, and often, something more personal than either.
How sessions work
All sessions are private and 1-to-1, delivered online or in person (location permitting). You’ll be guided gently and clearly throughout, with plenty of space to talk, reflect, or pause. There are no scripts, formulas, or one-size-fits-all plans, just a respectful exploration of your inner landscape.
Sessions are guided and conversational. In work that involves hypnosis or visualisation, the process is calm, focused, and fully responsive, led by you at your pace.
Who comes to this work?

Some are curious about past lives or dreamwork and simply want to try it. Others are looking for insight where standard approaches have come up short.
