About Me

Your therapist for personal growth and well-being

Welcome!

First and foremost: what UTHERAPY isn’t.

It’s not a clinic or a collective. It’s a one-person practice built by someone who lives with neurodivergence and chronic illness, realities that shaped how UTHERAPY works: flexible, realistic, and made for people who want meaningful change without the clichés.

Some people come for a single focus, hypnotherapy, coaching, or personal training. Others prefer something more integrated, combining psychology, fitness, and nutrition, or exploring the spiritual side through past-life regression or dream work. The format always depends on what’s relevant to you.

About Tara
I created UTHERAPY to help people unlock change that lasts. Based in Lincoln, I work with clients who want to feel healthier, calmer, and more confident, whether that means breaking an old habit, rebuilding fitness, or exploring deeper questions.

Before wellness, I spent years in museums and heritage, leading projects that explored how the past shapes the present. That’s where I first learned to see patterns and translate complexity into something useful, a skill that now underpins my approach to therapy and fitness alike.

I hold an MSc in Psychology (Mental Health & Wellbeing), professional qualifications in hypnotherapy and past-life therapy, and certification as a personal trainer with specialist training in nutrition and behaviour change. I also keep my practice evolving through ongoing study in AI, machine learning, and digital tools.

Technology helps me tailor resources and track patterns, but it’s always framed by human care. Living with Crohn’s disease and face blindness has made me more attuned to the subtleties of tone, energy, and emotion, qualities that shape every session I deliver.

Working with UTHERAPY
I see clients in Lincoln and online, offering one-to-one sessions, tailored packages, and digital resources. The aim is simple: to make this approach accessible to anyone who wants it, wherever they are. You can start with a single session or a full programme, either way, it begins with a conversation.
