Most of my work is delivered in person here in Lincoln, as I find therapy and training are most effective face-to-face. In some cases I may be able to support clients remotely, depending on their needs and the type of work involved. For those who prefer flexibility from home, I also offer self-guided programmes (with audio and structured schedules), and I can design tailored plans through the UTherapy app for clients who want ongoing guidance and accountability outside of appointments. Bookings that are not for online programs, such as 1:1 local appointments, can be booked directly here: [link →] For online-only programs: For eBooks, audio downloads and other digital resources for instant download, these are available in the WyldRoots Store. Payment is taken securely at booking. Packages and subscriptions are managed in the UTherapy app, while digital downloads and self-guided programmes are available in the WyldRoots Store. Getting started is simple. I offer bespoke wellness consultations for workplaces, teams, and organisations who want to improve staff wellbeing, resilience, and engagement. The first step is a discovery call or meeting to discuss your organisation’s needs, whether that’s stress management, physical health initiatives, mindset and motivation workshops, or a longer-term wellbeing strategy. From there, I’ll design a proposal outlining recommended services, formats (in-person or virtual), and measurable outcomes. UTHERAPY’s approach is holistic and practical, combining evidence-based mental and physical health tools to create lasting impact for staff and leadership alike. You can find more details about business support on the Corporate Wellbeing or Programmes pages. Ready to explore wellbeing solutions for your team? Book a consultation or send an enquiry through the Contact page and we’ll start shaping a plan that fits your workplace. I offer an initial 20 minute consultation which is a separate session to a main appointment where we discuss your history, goals, and suitability for therapy or training. Sessions or training begins in follow-up sessions once your plan is agreed. More information can be found on the Appointments page. I require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late changes or missed sessions are charged in full. That depends on your goals, but the impact of a well-designed wellness programme goes far beyond morale. Businesses that invest in staff wellbeing typically see: All programmes are tailored and trackable. Depending on the package, I can measure engagement, feedback, and behavioural outcomes, giving you tangible insight into what’s working. UTHERAPY programmes integrate evidence-based mental health and physical wellbeing tools, so they’re not just “nice extras”, they form part of a sustainable, high-performance culture. You can explore options on the Corporate Wellbeing page or arrange a consultation to discuss your organisation’s goals. Want to see what a wellbeing strategy could achieve for your team? Book a consultation and I’ll outline a plan with clear, measurable outcomes. I work from professional therapy, consultation rooms or gyms in Lincoln (Lincolnshire), depending on the type of appointment. The exact location will be shown in the utherapy app at the time of booking.

Access to UTHERAPY programs is offered on a personal, invite-only basis. I work with a limited number of clients at any one time to ensure every plan receives genuine care and attention. Once you’ve submitted your request, I’ll review it personally, and if it’s the right fit, you’ll receive a personal invitation to begin through the UTHERAPY app.
