Life Coaching is more practical and forward-focused. It’s ideal when you know what you want but need help creating structure, accountability, or a clearer mindset to get there. Coaching helps turn insight into action.
Many people find the two work best together: hypnotherapy clears the internal resistance, while coaching builds the framework to maintain progress.
