Can you make me do something I don’t want to under hypnosis?

Categories: Hypnotherapy Mind

No, absolutely not. You’re always fully in control during hypnosis. You can open your eyes, speak, or stop the process at any point. You can’t be made to reveal secrets, act against your values, or accept any suggestion that doesn’t feel right.

Hypnosis isn’t mind control, it’s a focused, cooperative state of awareness where your attention turns inward. You remain conscious, aware, and able to make decisions throughout. My role is simply to guide your focus and offer suggestions that align with the outcomes you want.

Think of it as teamwork between your conscious and subconscious mind, not surrendering control to someone else.
