That’s more common than you might think, and it doesn’t mean you did anything wrong, or that therapy “doesn’t work” for you. Sometimes the approach, the timing, or even the relationship just wasn’t the right fit. Change only sticks when the method matches the person.

At UTHERAPY, the process is completely tailored, not a single script or fixed formula. I combine elements from hypnotherapy, mindset coaching, and physical wellbeing so we can approach the problem from different angles, rather than repeating what hasn’t worked before.
