What equipment will I need for home workouts?
Most home programmes are designed to work with whatever space and equipment you already have. In many cases, all you’ll need is a mat, a stable chair, and your own bodyweight.
If you have extras like resistance bands, dumbbells, or a step, I can build them into your plan, but they’re never essential. Each programme is fully tailored, so I’ll design your workouts around what’s practical, safe, and realistic for you.
You’ll be able to view your routines through the UTHERAPY app, with clear videos and progress tracking built in, so you can train confidently at home.
