What can I expect from my first personal training session?

That depends on how you’re working with me, in person, online, or through a self-guided plan, but the focus is always the same: getting to know you and creating a plan that genuinely fits your life.

In-person sessions start with a conversation about your goals, lifestyle, and any current injuries or health conditions. We’ll complete a short movement and posture assessment, then begin with tailored exercises to set a clear, achievable baseline.

Online sessions follow a similar structure, but assessments are adapted to what’s practical for your space and equipment. You’ll connect through the UTHERAPY app for guided workouts, real-time progress tracking, and direct messaging for support between sessions.

Self-guided programmes are built after an initial review of your goals and health questionnaire. You’ll receive a structured plan with videos, schedules, and progress tools inside the app, so you can train confidently at your own pace.

Whichever route you choose, your plan evolves with you, I monitor progress, make adjustments, and ensure each stage feels challenging but realistic.
