What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to help you access a natural state of awareness often called “trance.” In this state, your mind is calmer and more open to positive suggestion, which makes it easier to break unwanted habits, reduce stress, or work through challenges such as anxiety or poor sleep.
Unlike stage hypnosis, hypnotherapy is not about control or performance. You remain fully aware and in charge throughout. The aim is simply to quiet the noise of everyday thought so your mind can focus on relaxation, solutions and change.

Entrainment is a therapeutic technique that uses sound and rhythm to encourage the brain into steadier, calmer patterns of activity. By listening to specific tones or beats, your mind naturally synchronises with the rhythm, which can create a state of relaxation, improve focus, and support better sleep.
Unlike meditation, entrainment doesn’t rely on effort or practice. The process is passive, you simply listen, and your brainwaves begin to align. Many people find it helps quiet mental chatter, reduce stress, and provide a clearer sense of balance.

What is Coaching & Listening?
Sometimes what makes the biggest difference is simply having space to talk and be heard. Coaching and listening sessions give you the chance to explore your thoughts out loud, gain perspective, and identify new ways forward with support and guidance. Unlike formal therapy, this approach isn’t about analysing the past. It focuses on the present, where you are now, and where you want to be. Together, we look at practical steps, build clarity, and create momentum toward the changes you want.
